Jeremy B. ("Beau") Powell

BIOGRAPHY

Beau focuses his practice primarily on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation and has represented clients in construction litigation, commercial disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and personal injury cases.

A Texas native, born in Lubbock, Beau graduated from Allen High School and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Van Shaw, Beau represented victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, serious injuries and toxic chemical exposure.

When he is not at work, Beau enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
